CANCELLATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Out of respect for our practitioner and other clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, may incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

 

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT

The easiest way to cancel an appointment is to use the link included in your appointment confirmation email. Remember to visit our website to rebook your appointment at a time that suits you. RUNNING LATE and ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

If you are running late to an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We may not be able to run your full session due to other clinic appointments. If you arrive late or choose to finish an appointment early you will be charged for the full consultation. If your appointment is held online via Cliniko, please ensure your device has battery power and that audio and video capability is enabled prior to your consultation.

 

APPOINTMENT PAYMENTS

Appointments must be paid for by the date indicated on the invoice issued. All appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless agreed by our Naturopath, at her sole discretion.
